Following an eventful summer in which they completed Opus 18 in their Beethoven Cycle recording project, took part in the Takefu Festival ( Japan) and the Great Mountains International Music Festival ( South Korea) the members of the Michelangelo String Quartet have taken time out to pursue their individual careers. Back together in 2010 they look forward to a return visit to Martin Fröst’s lovely Mora Winter Festival (Sweden) a concert tour in Italy, 2 concerts in the Wigmore Hall (February 8th & April 11th 2010 ) and a mini residency at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester.
